ABOUT WILL

I am a qualified Performance Nutritionist having completed the internationally recognised Diploma in Performance Nutrition from the Institute of Performance Nutrition (The IOPN).

I work with individuals that are looking to elevate their nutrition to improve performance, body composition, recovery, energy levels, overall health and longevity.

My goal is to make things simple, effective and sustainable so that you can enjoy the process and achieve results that last long-term. By applying the most up to date scientific research, I am able to provide clients with a bespoke, personalised nutrition plan that is easy to follow and tailored to their goals, training and lifestyle.

As a Type 1 Diabetic from a young age, I’ve seen first-hand how optimising my own nutrition has been fundamental in the close control of this condition, while also still allowing me to participate in sports, competitions and different types of training to a high level.

The world of nutrition can be a confusing place full of misinformation, conflicting advice and bold claims that are not backed up by scientific research. This often then results in people overcomplicating things unnecessarily. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition as every individual is different and has nutritional needs that are unique to them, based on a number of factors.

My goal is to help cut through all the noise and implement a clear, simple plan that is easy for you to follow. You will learn how to properly fuel your body to match the demands of your training schedule in order to optimise performance and recovery. You will be provided education on how to create balanced meals that suit your individual needs and include foods that you enjoy eating. Ongoing guidance, support and accountability is provided to help keep you motivated and on track to achieve your goals.
